What if an item is out of stock?
At PQBattery we pride ourselves on having an updated and stocked inventory. If an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately along with informing you as to when it will be in stock. Unless otherwise noted, all items on our website are in stock.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products have a standard manufacturers warranty. The length of the warranty may vary product to product. Please check the product page of the item you are interested in in order to view its warranty information.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders usually ship out after they have been processed within one business day. Shipment is based on an East Coast schedule. Orders placed after 5 PM may not ship out the same day. It is possible for an order to be processed and shipped on the same day.
When will my order be processed?
Orders usually process on the same day that they are received. Orders placed after 6 PM Eastern may not process until the next day.
When will I receive my order?
Receiving your order depends on the method of shipment you choose and if the item is in stock. Please allow for one day for order processing. If the order requires expedited shipment please contact us at (718) 252-2566 to make sure that the item is in stock and can be expedited.
Can I order over the phone?
Of course. Someone from our helpful customer service staff will be waiting on standby to assist you. Our customer service line is open from 10 AM to 5 PM Eastern time.
How can I place a tax exempt order?
In order for your order to be tax exempt please contact us first at (718) 252-2566. Once confirmed, please fax us a copy of your tax exempt certificate to (718) 252-1067. Be sure to include your name, company, phone number, and order number on the fax as well. Once we receive a copy of your tax exempt certificate you may place the order online and we will adjust it accordingly.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by following our easy to use checkout system online.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal payments upon special requests. Purchase Orders can be used to pay for orders as well.
How do I pay with a Purchase Order?
In order to pay with a PO, you must be on our approved list of corporate customers. To become one of our corporate customers, contact us at (718) 252-2566 and speak to one of our experienced Account Executives.
Is sales taxed charged?
Sales tax is only charged to orders sold by PQBattery and shipped to New York State unless you have a tax exempt certificate on file with us. The tax rate is the general standard state tax rate.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders can be shipped with UPS, USPS, and FEDEX depending on the item, size, and desired delivery date.
Can I use my own account with one of the shipping companies?
Absolutely. Orders can be billed to your own shipping account with one of the carriers upon request and acknowledgment of a $5.00 fee.
Where do you ship to?
At PQBattery we ship our products worldwide.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. When packages require international shipment please contact us for the precise shipment rate. On all orders shipped outside the United States the buyer will be responsible for any duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be levied.
Can I ship my order to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, we can ship your order wherever you would like. If the address is an international location please read above.
How can I return or exchange my order?
To return or exchange your order please contact our customer service department to receive an authorized RMA, the return to shipping address, and inquire about any fees.
How long will it take for me to see the processed refund?
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected for any damage. Once the item(s) has been inspected we will refund the money to your credit card. Please allow for a reasonable processing time by your credit card company.
Are all payments secure transactions?
At PQBattery we take the safety of our customers very seriously. All transactions are processed securely with Authorized.net and all information is kept private and confidential. PQBattery will NEVER sell your information. It is kept on file for accounting purposes, product recommendations, and future ordering.
